Volume 29 First General Issue is Now Live!

Chapman Law Review is thrilled to announce that the First General Issue of Volume 29 is now live on our website!

This issue features work from Professors Jonathan D. Bremen, Kevin Frazier, Reem Haikal, Major Michael Minerva, and student writer Jaeden Esquivel.

The articles and note tackle timely and weighty topics such as California’s housing crisis, artificial intelligence, the death penalty, new-age military conflict, and the weaponization of space.

We owe this accomplishment to the efforts of the Chapman Law Review Volume 29 team members. Each member contributed to discover, polish, and produce this beautiful collection of articles. Their unwavering dedication, positive attitude, and meticulous work product made the process smooth and enjoyable.

We also extend our deepest appreciation to our faculty advisor Professor Celestine McConville for her unwavering encouragement and guidance. We thank the Faculty Advisory Committee, Dean Kenneth Stahl, and the Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law staff for their constant support.
